Venetian Mask Decorating Workshop
Time & Location
About The Event
Join us on September 29th to decorate your very own Venetian Mask. Our instructors will discuss the history and traditions around the masks, as well as help you find the right mask style to fit your own. At the end, you get to take your mask home as your own very special souvenir.
Tickets are $50 + HST per person and include a ticket to the Royal Theatre's Pumpkin Ball, workshop fee and all materials necessary to create your mask. Costumes and ball gowns will be on display to help you put together the perfect look!
This is an all-day workshop, meaning you can drop in at any point between 10-7 to build your mask. Please keep in mind that it will take you anywhere from 2-4 hours to do so, so give yourself plenty of time to complete it. Masks can be left at Arts & Craft Collective to dry properly and picked up at a designated time.
This event is done in support of the Royal Theatre's Pumpkin Ball: A Masquerade Halloween Party on October 27, 2018. The event will feature a 20 piece swing band, tarot card reading, halloween photo booth and full bar.
